The evolution of digital polling systems has enabled efficient collection and analysis of opinions in real time [01][10]. This research paper presents the design and implementation of a Polling Application Software, a webbased system that allows users to create, manage, and participate in polls. The system is developed using Python (Django) for backend processing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap for the frontend, and MySQL/PostgreSQL for data management. The application supports multiple poll types, secure voting mechanisms, and real-time result visualization using bar charts, pie charts, and numerical formats [07].
